  • Equipment operator not wearing seatbelt
  • Equipment driven on public road with no SMV sign displayed

  • Farm personnel in grain bin without proper safety measures
  • Pesticide application without proper PPE, such as handling a treated seed without gloves
  • Bystanders watching pesticide applications
  • Distracted driving – vehicles or equipment
